    If the issue is minor, it may be covered within our minimum charge, outlined below. Otherwise, a cost estimate for the full resolution will be provided. This will extend the overall duration of the job.

    Your job will be tracked up to a maximum of 3-hours billable time (@ $220p/h AUD ex.GST) before we reach out to confirm options to continue. This is the fastest way to get a small job done and should be sufficient to resolve most minor issues

    Unless otherwise agreed, our emergency support is meant for holiday periods and non-business hours, or when we must drop other paying work to prioritise your request. In light of this, it is billed in minimum 3-hour blocks @ $220 ex. GST p/h

    Unless your request is covered within the scope of an active engagement with Advantage or is a non-billable job, there is non-refundable, minimum charge that covers diagnostics & investigation and will come off the total of your job if there is work beyond this amount.
    Our minimum charge for an emergency request covers the first 3-hours and is billed in 3-hour ($660 ex. GST) blocks thereafter
