MyTile Co is a tile and bathroom retailer on the Central Coast with a highly curated product range and a strong local reputation. They came to us with a clear goal. Elevate the brand, modernise the website and create a digital experience that could support both growth and discoverability. Their previous identity lacked consistency and their website was not expressing the quality and range of their products. They needed a brand system and digital presence that felt refined, functional and aligned with how people shop for interiors today.

The Shift

The business required more than a visual refresh. They needed structure. Consistency. And a website that could operate as both a digital showroom and a high performing asset for organic search. Before any design work began, we created a detailed Media Bible that documented brand usage across every touchpoint. This ensured MyTile Co could express its identity clearly across digital, social and out of home environments.

At the same time, their online discoverability was limited. They were visible for only a small set of keywords and not competitively placed for their most valuable search terms. The shift required a complete redesign of the user experience and a rebuild of the site with strong technical SEO foundations baked in from the start.

We introduced a product catalogue and a shop by look feature to help customers browse intuitively and uncover combinations and styles that matched their project needs. Navigation was simplified to reduce friction and guide visitors directly to what they needed.

On the technical side, the build prioritised speed, structure and SEO readiness. Content architecture, markup, page structure and performance optimisation were all implemented to support long term organic growth, even in the absence of an ongoing SEO retainer.
